We were originally commissioned by Swizzels Matlow to increase the conversion rate of their Lovehearts Ecommerce website. We employed various split testing techniques in order to identify areas that we could improve on and from the very first month we achieved positive results.
Looking to further increase traffic we then started looking at their inbound traffic and producing a full SEO Campaign based around home made Swizzels cakes. We commissioned a local cake maker to produce a number of family favorite cakes and provide us with the recipies. These cakes were then displayed at the Cake and Bake show held at the Manchester Arena. Recipe cards were given out and people were encouraged to make their own cakes. We built a cake recipe page and it wasn't long before traffic was landing and conversion rate was increasing further.
Impressed with our work we were asked to re build their paid advertsing channels. We worked on this and handed everything over to them to continue running in house.
Over the course of the campaign we successfully increased conversion rate, improved traffic levels and re introduced paid advertising channels.
