Press Release: A Fresh Start for Leading Manchester Digital Marketing Firm

Web Vitality Branding

Following on from their decision to operate solely within the digital marketing arena and dispense with the web development side of operations, Web Vitality have unveiled an eye-catching new website.

Featuring their new superhero themed branding; the fresh incarnation of the Web Vitality website showcases their range of digital marketing services alongside original and exciting artwork. Speaking of the decision to reposition the brand, Managing Director Mark Farrell explained:

“To help further establish ourselves as one of the best digital marketing agencies in Manchester I felt it was important to build a striking and memorable brand identity. Out of this thought the Web Vitality super heroes were born. We brought a top local illustrator on board and are proud to be associated with these memorable and dynamic little characters. Back this memorable new branding up with the quality work that we do and I believe that we have a winning combination. “

With an enviable reputation for their work in search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisation and social media marketing, the company are experiencing rapid growth courtesy of exceptionally high levels of client retention and consistent new business acquisition. In order to ensure that they continue to provide an unparalleled service they have recently relocated to new premises in Manchester City Centre and are continually on the lookout for new talent to bolster the ranks.

Now located in a new office with a new website and new members of the team, Web Vitality are ready to face new challenges in 2012 and beyond.

Who’s Just Started At Web Vitality?

Web Vitality would like to welcome yet another new starter to our web marketing team in the form of Danny Travis-Brown. Yes you heard it right Danny Travis-Brown so good they named him twice.

With a good knowledge of writing and with extensive experience in customer service we are confident he can apply and develop his skills within the company and truly become a web marketing expert.

Danny will be assisting in all areas of web marketing and has been brought in as an all rounder, kind of a Jack of All trades but master of them all.

His first day at Web Vitality saw him brew up for everybody except me. I explained that this wasn’t the best career move he could make and have since settled our difference and can now confirm he actually makes quite a nice brew.

Watch out for his future posts and I would like to take this opportunity to firmly welcome him into the Web Vitality family.

P.S He chose his own picture (how vain)

The Dynamic Of Web Vitality Changed Forever

Web Vitality would like to welcome Steph Staszko as the latest member of our little family. The astute of you out there will notice that she is female. Yes the dynamic of Web Vitality has finally changed and Steph has been brought in to bring a bit of order to the overly testosturous team, that until now has been solely male.

Steph will be joining Jamie in our Web Marketing team and will be filling the role of Web Marketing Executive. I will let Steph introduce herself to everbody formally through her introductory blog post but would like to say a hearty welcome to the team to her and good luck in her new position.

P.S The picture was provided by Steph and she reliably informed us that seeing her with a glass of wine is quite normal and more strange to see her without one.

We lend a Helping Hand to the One Oldham Business Awards

As part of our ethic to help local businesses, we’ve again been featured in the Oldham Evening Chronicle – this time for our social media efforts in creating the Facebook page for the One Oldham Business Awards.

We’re proud of our home in Oldham, and we work closely with a lot of local companies – many of whom love the fact we’re right on their doorstop with our doors always open.

Social media is a perfect area with which to promote and encourage the awards, so if you haven’t “liked” the page yet, visit the official Facebook page for the One Oldham Business Awards right here.

As quoted in the Chronicle article, our very own Chris Buckley said : “We wanted to help the awards and we believe that creating a Facebook page is a way of promoting the event and encouraging entries. There is little doubt that new social media will dominate in the years to come and we are looking forward to playing our part n the continuing success of the event.”

What a handsome bunch we are!

Networking Network And More Networking

Never having externally advertised our services before both myself and Chris decided it would be fun to attend a local networking event and see what all the fuss was about. We were invited along to a Wired City Event that was only round the corner so was an ideal choice for our first event.

The evening went quite well and we were introduced to a lot of interesting people. With it being our first networking event we were not quite sure what to expect. From my perspective it just seemed like a lot of people in one room trying to sell their services yet nobody really wanted to buy anything.

On the other hand when I looked at it a little differently it was a great opportunity to get our name out there and meet some potential new partners that could maybe enable us to offer services that we wouldn’t normally consider. Flipping that over the same would apply to them with our services.

It was a relatively small event but all in all it was a very enjoyable evening and as stated above we were introduced to a lot of nice people and managed to do a lot of card swapping.

They kept us well fed and watered and to cap the evening off Chris was asked to take part in a video that was being put together for the event. I have included it below just so you call all enjoy Chris’s five seconds of fame as much as I did. Also if you look very closely you will just about catch me in the video stuffing my face with an vegetable samosa whilst networking vigorously:

Web Vitality Hit The News

We’ve done it, we’re famous. Well not quite. We have made it into the Oldham Chronicle though.

Take a look at our first piece of press coverage. We are all working extremely hard here at Web Vitality so expect to see us popping up all over the place in the coming year. For now though enjoy our first article:

Not the easiest photo to read which is why I have included a link here: Web Vitality Article.  I posted the above because there is no pretty picture of us at the link location.

Introducing: The SEO Blog Title Generator

Here at Web Vitality we’re constantly striving to push the boundaries of SEO and web development. Although the majority of our actions are performed purely for the benefit of our clients; occasionally we develop philanthropic intentions and provide information and tools which ‘give something back’ to the industry at large: the SEO Blog Title Generator is a prime example of this.

Addressing a Very Real Problem

Putting together carefully researched blogs on the subject of Search Engine Optimisation is a pretty major component of our SEO team’s workload and a great deal of attention is paid to sharing our knowledge to help others to improve their own search engine rankings. Despite our experience in the field, it can admittedly sometimes be a struggle to come up with new and exciting themes and titles for SEO orientated blog posts. In order to put an end to this niggling issue our SEO and Web departments got together and worked tirelessly to create a tool which resolves this problem once and for all. The result of this collaboration is the SEO Blog Title Generator.

This unique and potentially industry-changing tool takes all of the hassle out of coming up with a relevant and interesting SEO blog title- and as we all know; once you have a title, the blog almost writes itself!

Feel free to utilise our SEO Blog Title Generator to your heart’s content- but please don’t use this most powerful of applications for evil…nor hold us accountable if you publish a blog based upon a generated title and find yourself in trouble (which is at least moderately likely):

VSEO Adds New Feature

Over the last couple of days we have been improving our internal SEO reporting platform. Dom has been working away like a little beaver to get it sorted. We are now pleased to let everybody know that our SEO clients can now log in and see real time hours billed.

The Web Vitality SEO team time track everything we do and now as soon as we log our time it automatically uploads to the relevant clients report. Our clients can now see what we are doing as if we were sat in their office with them.

WELL DONE DOM
